Behind SSC

We are a husband and wife photography team and have been photographing weddings for a decade (Click Away Photography), which is how the idea for SSC came about. After years with a team of photographers and having to find reliable and quality second shooters, we realized that this was way more difficult than it needed to be. There were also a few times where one of us or our team members had an emergency, and we needed someone to take our place. Sending texts, DM's, and posting to Facebook groups didn't feel productive, and when we needed to qualify someone quickly, it didn't work.

We created SSC as a platform to help others in the wedding industry. We aim to help both those who need to find second shooters AND those that want to book up available dates in their calendar to second shoot. We hope that in this small way, we can bring peace of mind, while also growing our industry through community.
